Red Raspberry Jam is my all time favorite. The sweet flavor of sun-ripened raspberries takes me back to the days of making jam in my grandmother's tiny kitchen. You'd never guess it, but a hint of kahlua extract enhances the berries, making this jam rich and bursting with flavor. As a fan of raspberries, I never run out of ways to use this jam from a simple ice cream topping to a filling between layers of dark chocolate cake. At work, Missy's holiday raspberry tarts have become a yearly tradition for which everyone eagerly awaits! Keeping enough on hand is the biggest problem I have with this delicious jam. With just one taste, you will know what I'm talking about.
