If I could have only one dried spice blend in my kitchen, this would be it. This all-purpose seasoning is exceptional as a rub on chicken, fish, steak and pork. I add it to marinara sauce and other pasta dishes. It makes delicious marinades for grilling, and creates a yummy garlic bread. Try it on oven roasted potatoes and in salad dressings. Zesty Garlic is also a superb dip for chips or veggies. This seasoning has been the No. 1 staple in our kitchen for more than twenty years.
