Several years ago, I got the urge to create a line of unique jams. My first jam was a savory flavor:
Chili Pepper with Roasted Garlic. It was an instant success and was named runner up for the best jam of the year award at the Fancy Food Show. Not bad for a first try! Since then, almost all of our jams have become award winners. Like all of our products, we use the highest quality and most natural ingredients we can find. For instance, I use evaporated cane juice, which is a healthier alternative to more highly-processed white sugar. I also source the freshest fruits available to ensure our jams burst with flavor. We even add some very special ingredients that make our jams unique. My goal is to make jams that taste as good, or better, than homemade!
